The New York minute

Last Friday, Nate and I drove down to NYC to meet his dad for the weekend. We had a fabulous time. The adult highlight was that during breakfast Saturday morning Ron Howard and his wife sat down right behind us. Dave (being the brazen one) struck up a conversation with him and he took a photo of us with Ron. What a nice guy he is! As we were all talking Nate asked Ron "Do you want to hear my joke?" Ron said "sure". Here is Nate's joke "Why did Tigger stick is head in the toilet?" Ron asked, "why?" Nate said, "because he was looking for Pooh!". Ron laughed and told Nate that joke was always guaranteed a laugh. Nate is quite the performer - just like his dad!




We also saw Shrek on Broadway and went to the Central Park zoo and carnival. It was an exhausting but great weekend.
