This weekend we went to a birthday party for our new friend Marcus. We first met Marcus and his mom on the bus in the mornings on the way to school/work. After the kids hooked up over a Magic School Bus book, we figured out that they will be in the same kindergarten class at the school two blocks from our house. Marcus's mom is amazing - she has already met several of the other moms of the kids that will be in our kindergarten class. I am such a slacker, but hope to redeem myself by meeting other moms and dads at the open house in June. Anyway, at the party this weekend there were 2 other kids that will be in our K-class. This will be the class of 2021! YIKES. Here is a photo of all of them together. It was a bit like herding cats to get them all to look at the camera and smile. Hopefully, in 2021 it will be easier!
