Forget about the tooth fairy

As if today were not exciting enough - playing in the snow, the first night of Hanukkah, opening a present - Nate also lost his first tooth! It was very thrilling for him and us too.


When I put him to bed tonight he told me he did not want the tooth fairy to take his teeth. He wants to "keep them ALL for good luck." I explained the benefits of the cash for teeth concept but he said no. So we put it in a box on his dresser, and I told him if he changes his mind, to put the little box in his bed or we can do it another night. I did not know he was so attached to his teeth!
