Fireworks and fun, oh my!

Here is Mr. Fourth of July!

There are so many options for firework displays here. It seems that every other little town has a display and of course there is the biggie on the Charles River with the Boston Pops. We drove a few miles to Newton to go to the fireworks party there. It was great. There was quite a crowd, but not too bad and the display was right over our heads and very good. Deb broke down and bought Nate a chachki toy trumpet. I was surprised he did not pick the glowing sword stick that most of the other kids were waving around. He was happy to play his trumpet along with the band that was playing before the fireworks started.
